• Group payment functionality for shared expenses and bill splitting
• Contactless payment support via QR code or NFC technology
• Business API integrations
• Real-time exchange rates

6. Prohibited Activities

You MUST NOT use Payvato for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Gambling, illegal trading, or prohibited items
• Fraudulent activities

Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Refund & Dispute Resolution

• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
• Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• Payvato is not responsible for third-party services linked to your account.
• We DO NOT guarantee real-time transactions in case of technical failures.
• Users are responsible for compliance with local laws when using Payvato services.
